As Patentanwalt I am member of the German Chamber of Patent Attorneys, Patentanwaltskammer, (www.patentanwalt.de), and therefore need to follow the code of conduct, latest published in Patentanwaltsordnung (Bundesgesetzblatt 1, 1966, p. 557, last changed Bundesgesetzblatt 1, 2001, s. 3656) and in the publication "Berufsordnung der Patentanwälte" (Mitteilungen 1997, pp. 243). In addition, I follow the FICPI code of conduct (www.ficpi.org/aboutframe.html).

As a Finnish patent agent I am, in addition to a German registration, listed on the list of registered patent agents kept by the National Board of Patents and Registrations in Finland. Same regulations to professional conduct as above apply.

As a European Patent Attorney I am a member of EPI (Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office, www.patentepi.com) and therefore I also need to follow the EPI Code of Professional conduct (epi-Information 2/2001, p. 75).

I also underly the regulations on professional conduct by CCBE:n (Council of the Bars and Law Societies of the European Community) for attorneys (http://www.ccbe.org/en/documents/code_deonto.htm).

Prohibition of Advertisement
The email address and telephone and fax numbers shown on my pages under the Address for Service are dedicated only for client contacts and inquiries for supplementary information. I prohibit the sending of any unsolicited advertisement or spam to these addresses or numbers. Nonobservance will lead to legal measures.
